How do I get started with AStack?
Sign up for an account, create an API key from your dashboard, and follow our Quick Start guide in the documentation. You can have a working video-to-video AI application running in under 10 minutes.
What are the rate limits?
Default limits are 100 requests per minute and 1,000 requests per hour per API key. You can create multiple API keys and contact us for higher limits if needed.
How is billing calculated?
Billing is usage-based at $0.001/second for Standard tier and $0.002/second for Premium tier. There's a 60-second minimum on Standard and 30-second minimum on Premium. You only pay for active session time.
What latency can I expect?
Our target total latency is under 1000ms, with TTS at ~200ms, ASR at ~100ms, and LLM processing at ~150ms. Actual performance may vary based on your location and network conditions.
Do you offer enterprise support?
Yes! We offer dedicated support, custom rate limits, on-premise deployment, and SLA guarantees for enterprise customers. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
How do I report a bug or security issue?
