How do I get started?

Create an account and API key, then follow the Quick Start. Your backend creates a session and returns time-limited gateway and renderer credentials to the browser.

What are the default limits?

New API keys default to 60 requests per minute and 1,000 per hour. The pay-as-you-go plan currently allows five concurrent sessions. Per-key limits cannot exceed the selected plan's ceiling.

How is pay-as-you-go billing calculated?

The configured pay-as-you-go plan is $6 per active session hour with no monthly base fee and a $10 signup credit. Usage is calculated from active session duration.

Where can I see session performance?

The dashboard records session, usage, latency, and error telemetry. A public real-time status feed is not currently available.

How do I report a bug or security issue?

Use the support form and select Bug Report for product defects. For a security issue, include reproduction details but do not submit secrets, API keys, or private customer data.
