TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern use of the AStack website, dashboard, APIs, SDKs, session runtimes, and rendered-character services.

AStack creates authenticated conversational-AI sessions that can accept voice, text, and image input and return generated speech plus a rendered Unreal character stream.

• A server SDK creates sessions using a private API key.
• A browser SDK connects with time-limited session credentials.
• Each active session is assigned a GPU runtime that coordinates speech recognition and voice activity detection, a language model, CuteTTS speech synthesis, Runtime MetaHuman Lip Sync facial animation, and Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming.
• The control plane records session, usage, billing, error, and performance metadata.
• Retained hosts may serve successive sessions for different customers. Standard service does not include verified kernel or hardware isolation between those sessions, or guaranteed erasure of GPU and other shared-resource state. See the privacy page for the current controls and limitations.
• Stronger isolation for customers whose SLA requires it is future work. An isolation commitment applies only when its controls have been qualified and expressly included in a written agreement; it is not included merely by purchasing a reserved slot.

• Minimum age to hold an account: 18 years.
• Provide accurate account information and keep your authentication credentials secure.
• Keep API keys on trusted servers; do not embed them in browser or mobile application code.
• Use session credentials only for the session and end user for which they were issued.
• Revoke exposed keys and report suspected unauthorized access through the support form.
• You are responsible for your application, end-user notices, consent flow, and the content sent through your account.

• A character's voice, face, animation, and replies are generated by AI. The character is not a real person and does not speak for one.
• Tell your end users that they are talking to an AI character with a synthetic voice, before or as a session starts, and do not remove or obscure that notice.
• Customizing a character with a real person's voice or likeness requires that person's documented consent for that use.

Do not use AStack to break the law, violate another person's rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malware or spam, or create non-consensual impersonation or synthetic media.

• AStack may reject requests, revoke credentials, stop sessions, or suspend an account as described in the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You can close your account from the dashboard. Closing it ends and bills active sessions and revokes API keys; the request can be cancelled for 30 days. The privacy page describes what is kept.
• Other termination terms: AStack may suspend access immediately for urgent security, fraud or legal risks. For other material breaches, AStack will give notice and 14 days to remedy the breach where practicable before terminating access. AStack will give 30 days' notice before ending the service for convenience and refund unused purchased credit. Promotional credit has no cash value

• AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
• Review output before relying on it or presenting it as factual.
• Performance depends on the selected runtime, model state, network path, browser, and input.
• No public uptime or latency SLA currently applies unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
• The public status page does not currently publish real-time service telemetry.

• Warranties and limits of liability: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, beta uptime and AI accuracy are not guaranteed. For liability that may lawfully be limited, AStack's aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms is capped at the greater of AUD 100 and the Australian-dollar equivalent of the total fees you paid to AStack in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be limited
• Governing law and venue: Northern Territory, Australia. You and AStack submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory and courts hearing appeals from them. Mandatory consumer rights and any legally required alternative venue are preserved

You authorize AStack and its runtime providers to process submitted content as required to run the requested session. You remain responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit that content.

AStack may change the service, models, runtime provider, limits, or pricing. Material account-facing changes should be reflected in the dashboard or these published pages before they take effect for new usage.
